SWIAT GmbH has received indications that unauthorised third parties are misusing our name and the SWIAT brand to contact private individuals, apparently with the intent of inducing them to share personal data or place orders in cryptocurrencies or other assets.
We wish to make the following clear:
- SWIAT GmbH does not serve private individuals or retail clients.
- SWIAT GmbH does not operate a marketplace or trading platform for cryptocurrencies or any other assets.
- SWIAT GmbH does not process payouts or transactions in cryptocurrencies or other assets.
Any contact, offers, or payment requests directed at private individuals have no connection to us and should be regarded as potentially fraudulent.
We recommend that affected individuals:
- Do not share any personal data or payment information.
- Do not make any payments in response to such requests.
- If in doubt, contact the relevant law enforcement authorities.
SWIAT GmbH accepts no liability for any damages arising from such fraudulent actions by third parties.

Wir stellen hierzu klar:

Jegliche Kontaktaufnahme, Angebote oder Zahlungsaufforderungen gegenüber Privatpersonen stehen in keiner Verbindung zu uns und sind als potenziell betrügerisch einzustufen.
Wir empfehlen betroffenen Personen:
